Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store.

Products

We try to display colours, materials and finishes accurately, but screens vary and some items are made in small batches with natural variation. Limited editions are produced in the stated quantity only.

Product descriptions, specifications and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline an order.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, not when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund you in full.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, product designs, text and branding on this site are owned by us or used under licence, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order applies to that order.
