Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Limited editions and made-to-order pieces may take longer; the expected timeframe is shown on the product page.

Delivery estimates

• Australia: 2–7 business days depending on location.
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
• Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. We do not ship to every country. Some destinations are excluded because local import restrictions apply to the kinds of goods we sell, and we would rather not put a customer at risk of an intercepted or seized parcel.

If your country is not available at checkout, that is why.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in unbranded outer packaging with no indication of contents. The sender name on the label is our registered business name.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
